河北信和矿业设备集团有限公司，是一家集研发、生产、销售于一体的民营科技型企业。公司坐落于河北省衡水市北方工业基地（省级工业聚集区），占地面积70000平方米，临近大广、石黄高速出口，交通便利。现有职工300余人，其中中专业技术人员91人，办公楼、宿舍楼、食堂、职工运动场等基础设施一应俱全。
公司成立以来，一直致力于新技术、新设备的引进、开发。先后购入了PE管材生产线4条，年产量可达到5000吨。2011年，公司投入1500余万元，引进了国内的涂层复合钢管生产线，可生产内涂塑、浸塑、喷塑等多种复合钢管，年产量达到8万吨。同时，从国外全套引进了世界先进的煤矿用双抗网生产线，可生产各种新型高分子井下支护网，产品具有强度高、尺寸稳定性好、耐腐蚀、抗老化的优良性能，是传统钢丝编织网的理想替代品。
信和公司主导产品包括：涂层复合钢管、PE管、矿用支护网、土工格栅、波纹管、止水防水过滤材等二十余种，广泛应用于煤矿、通风、消防、电力、通讯、市政、石油、公（铁）路、隧道、水利等众多领域。公司先后取得了IS09001：2000国际标准和质量体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证、煤炭安全认证、涉及饮用水卫生安全的国产产品卫生批件等证书，获得了“河北省民营科技企业”、“省级先进企业”、“省级‘重合同、守信用’单位”等诸多荣誉称号。
目前信和产品已销往全国14个省、直辖市，并出口俄罗斯、印度、哈萨克斯坦、泰国、缅甸等多个和地区，分别在北京、天津、河北、山西、陕西、内蒙古、云南、新疆等省的大中城市设立了办事机构。
